Bez Ambar Life-Time Warranty
Bez Ambar Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that any item purchased will be free from defects in materials, components, or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase. To maintain the validity of this warranty, the purchased piece must be inspected and signed for annually by Bez Ambar Inc. Any required maintenance or repairs identified during these inspections must be performed exclusively by Bez Ambar Inc., or the warranty will become void.
We agree to repair or replace, at our discretion, any defects covered under this warranty at no additional cost to the purchaser. This warranty becomes void if Bez Ambar Inc., at its sole discretion, determines the item has been mishandled, damaged (whether by negligence or otherwise), or serviced by any jeweler not authorized in writing by Bez Ambar Inc.
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and follow the recommended claim procedure as provided by our customer service. Shipping costs for warranty service are not covered. This warranty does not apply to damages incurred during transit and excludes liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
