Does Bez Ambar sell directly to the public?
Bez Ambar is a designer and manufacturer of engagement rings, wedding bands, women’s jewelry and men’s jewelry. We distribute our jewelry to the public through authorized Bez Ambar retailers who are more than happy to help you with sales, pricing and service. We will only sell directly to the consumer if there is no authorized Bez Ambar retailer within a driving distance from the customer’s place of residence, or to international customers. On our online store, we sell discontinued items that are on sale. Those items are no longer available in our authorized retail stores.
What are my choices of metal when I buy a Bez Ambar design?
All of our jewelry is available in platinum, 18k white, rose and yellow gold. Some items are available in sterling silver and men’s rings are available in titanium.
Does Bez Ambar design custom jewelry?
Bez Ambar specializes in custom designed jewelry. We can create one of a kind unique pieces that will fit perfectly to the customer’s needs and budget.
What is the diamond quality that Bez Ambar use in their designs?
Bez Ambar diamonds are hand selected G color and VS clarity or better. We use high-end color stones.
Does Bez Ambar sell the center stone in their designs?
Bez Ambar is a manufacturer of semi-mounts only. If you do not already have a center stone for your Bez Ambar setting, you can contact one of our carefully selected authorized retailers.
Does the Bez Ambar website show every style sold?
Bez Ambar updates the website every day for new designs so most of our designs are found on the website. However, It is possible to change and customize every design, so if you do not see the exact ring you want, please contact us and ask for the variation you are looking for.
Does Bez Ambar Design for men too?
Bez Ambar has a line of wedding bands and fashion jewelry designed specifically for men. You can view our men’s jewelry on the men’s section within this site. Bez Ambar also specializes in custom designs of wedding bands for men.
How do I know that what I purchased is an authentic Bez Ambar design?
We inscribe our name on each of our engagement rings and wedding bands. This is to make sure our consumers are purchasing a genuine Bez Ambar piece. If you are not sure the jewelry you purchased is a true Bez Ambar, please contact us and we will be happy to verify it for you. Beware of counterfeits.
What is the meaning of the prices listed on the website?
Prices listed on the website are the starting prices of each piece but depending on the metal, center shape/size, finger size, customization, etc…. and prices change appropriately. We strive to keep our prices as consistent as possible, however due to the fluctuation in market costs of gold, diamonds, platinum, and titanium, our prices are subject to change without notice. We will charge you the price listed on the day you buy the Bez Ambar merchandise.

Where can I buy my center diamond?
The choice of center diamond shape, size and price is up to you and you are free to buy it anywhere you like. Our authorized retailers sell diamond centers in different shapes and sizes that are easily set in the Bez Ambar setting of your choice.
What kind of service does Bez Ambar offer?
It is very important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase, therefore we are proud to offer you our exclusive limited warranty.
Bez Ambar Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that any item purchased from our company will be free from defects in materials, components or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We agree to either repair any such defects or replace the item(s), at no cost to the purchaser.
If you need service on a piece that you purchased, we strongly recommend that you ask your authorized Bez Ambar retailer to send it directly to us for all services. Work done by an outside jeweler may compromise the integrity of the piece therefore, Bez Ambar will not “guarantee” any work performed by an outside jeweler unless the jeweler is authorized in writing by Bez Ambar.
