Before you make an appointment at a store you can contact Bez Ambar to inquire if the ring you are interested in is carried by the retail store near you. If the store does not carry the ring, then we will send it to the store so you can physically see and feel it. As soon as the store receives the ring you will be contacted and you will make an in store appointment.

In the case that there is no retailer in your area, you can contact Bez Ambar directly from wherever you are and we will work to send sample of the ring you are interested in purchasing, so you can see it with your own eyes and approve the design.
If after seeing the ring you have some reservations and you prefer some changes to be made, you can return the ring to us. We will make the changes, send you an exact rendering of the new ring to make sure you are satisfied with the changes.
